Stability is a question of physical definition, at least when it comes to the performance duo RICHTER/MEYER / MARX. In “Viberations 2.0”, Björn-Helge Meyer, a qualified philosopher and dance dramaturge, and Katja Richter, stuntwoman and trained choreographer, experiment with the phenomenon of “vibration”. Their body-movement laboratory is based on experimental set-ups from physics, biology and everyday culture. The two researchers thereby increasingly revolve around each other: How regularly do they rotate around their inner pole of rest? And what throws them off balance? Or: Which natural oscillation does every human being possess and what influence do artificial oscillations have on us? – Unfortunately, this time the audience can’t get into the swing with a good chat at the bar beforehand: Due to the pandemic, admission is only possible twenty minutes before the start of the performance.
