The new Berliner Festspiele Performing Arts Season series is coming

In October, the Berliner Festspiele will launch its new Performing Arts Season program series, which will bring international productions to the Haus der Berliner Festspiele and the Gropiusbau every fall and winter. One focus of the first season, with seven works including performances, dance and theater productions between October 2023 and March 2024, will be current artistic expressions of physicality. Featured in October are the works Put your heart under your feet...and walk!, a tribute to the late partner of South African choreographer Steven Cohen, and INK, a piece by Dimitris Papaioannou from Greece that explores the boundaries of reality through the filters of science fiction and horror and recounts nightmares that lurk within the subconscious.
