Prenzlauer Promenade: Large Rehearsal Rooms to be Rented by the Day or Week

There are two large rehearsal rooms at Prenzlauer Promenade 149-152 that are still in their unfinished state. The rooms can be booked until August 31, 2024 on a daily or weekly basis (max. 14 days) from 10 am to 10 pm for rehearsals in the performing arts or dance. The rooms are available at a discounted daily rent, which is based on the operating and ancillary costs incurred: Room #109 for dance: €20/day | Room #134 for performing arts: €14/day.
