As a follow-up program to Emergency Aid IV, the "Perspective on Culture" program aims to give Berlin cultural enterprises and institutions a fresh start after two years of pandemic, and to provide important stabilization and new start impulses for Berlin's cultural landscape. The program is aimed at relevant companies in Berlin's arts and culture sector with annual sales of no more than €10 million, at least two employees (full-time equivalent) and with their headquarters in Berlin. The application deadline has been suspended; it is still possible to submit an application. Information on application process can be found here.
