A Performance by Emma Lusena Ash / DISTANT CASUALS in the Open Air

Unfolding between concrete and countryside, city noise and summer twilight, From Silver to Silver is a site-specific dance performance created by Emma Lusena Ash and the DISTANT CASUALS collective in Park am Gleisdreieck. Accompanied by Benjamin Bacon's music, the dancers will embody fluid transitions - from isolation to encounter, from stillness to movement. The performance is a poetic space for reflection on transformation as a state of life itself. Ambient sounds, voices, music and movements interweave to create a sensual dialogue with the location. From Silver to Silver is a choreography of transitions - in the light of the evening, in the rhythm of the city and in the shared moment. (jw)
