Cutting-edge contemporary dance that reflects the spirit of the times – this is the essence of the International Solo-Dance-Theatre Festival Stuttgart. For its 30th edition (March 12–15, 2026), young talents from around the globe will take the stage with their latest solo productions – some created especially for the festival – in a dynamic competition for prestigious awards, critical acclaim from an international jury, and the coveted title of audience favorite.
Awards will be presented in the categories of Choreography and Performance, judged by a distinguished panel of international experts. Each competition evening will feature six solo pieces, with the jury announcing the finalists for the grand finale on Saturday night, ahead of the final performances on Sunday.
