Currently the first Open Call for the Flutgraben Residencies is running (application deadline: September 18, 2020). This artist-in-residence program enables two artists* from the fields of contemporary dance, performance and choreography, who are continuously active in the Berlin art scene, to work for four weeks in one of two studios at Künstlerhaus Flutgraben (Oct. resp. The calls for residencies for 2021 within the framework of the pilot project will follow in the fall, among others by the Sophiensaele, radialsystem and Flutgraben Residencies. At the ada Studio, it is already possible to apply for one of five residencies in the coming year: Applications should include a concept with a clear question, a methodology for dealing with the question(s) and a statement of where in the field of contemporary dance the applicant(s) are located.
