Stand Up Dance warmly invites FLINTA* folks in Berlin to join us for a free two-day workshop in movement and improvisation at PSR Heizhaus. Together, we’ll practice different ways of being an ensemble, exploring the balance between togetherness and apartness. Through shared skill building, we’ll dive into:
— Vocal synchronicity through sounding and touch
— Trust-building exercises and partnering work
— Solo, duo, and group composition
— Finding togetherness across difference
This workshop is a space to play, move, experiment, and transform—individually and collectively. We’ll be working with the source material from ANATOMALIA: anatomy + anomaly + femalia— our upcoming performance. Stand Up Dance is in residence at PSR / Heizhaus in July-August 2025, and this workshop is part of that evolving creative process.
