PLAY can be a powerful access to surprise and creativity. It can also be a key to letting go of emotional and mental blockages, or a tool to reinvent a practice or process. But what is play really, and how could we integrate it in our artistic practices?
In this workshop, we will invent new ways of acting and moving, through a series of physical and theatrical explorations, and open ourselves up to the theatrical-fruits of childlike play.
A physically and possibly emotionally challenging workshop for performers looking to develop their physical vocabulary, expand their capacity for performative expression, and to train an open-hearted approach to creative process.
