The seasons change and yet, our social and work requirements remain the same. This behaviour is disconnected from our reality, as we live in a natural context that has a constant cycle of life and death, a surrounding that is constantly changing.
In this workshop series we will explore, through movement improvisation, how to be more in tune with the current season and listen to the constant change of our bodies that is connected to the environments constant change.
Here are some bullet points we will wrok with on this season’s workshop:
- Like the leaves on the trees during this season, we will let ourselves fall and indulge in melancholy
