About the Position
• Workload: flexible
• Compensation: freelance (self employed), fee-based, to be discussed

Responsibilities
• Identifying relevant festivals, conferences, and symposiums (online and on-site), and sharing opportunities and insights with the core team
• Attending key industry events for networking, outreach, and trend monitoring (when possible)
• Initiating and managing contact with programmers, presenters, and institutions
• Securing touring and performance opportunities through negotiation and coordination
• Maintaining and expanding our network of festivals, theatres, and production houses in Switzerland, Europe, and internationally
• Developing and implementing a long-term touring and distribution strategy
• Conducting research into new potential partners and venues
• Collaborating closely with the company’s core artistic and administrative team
• Identifying relevant funding opportunities and supporting with grant applications and dossiers
Who We Are Looking For
• Ideally well-connected within the Swiss and/or European dance/theatre scene
• Experienced in tour and distribution management for dance or theatre productions
• Familiar with the structure and landscape of festivals, theatres, and co-production networks across Europe
• Either already knowledgeable about the Swiss cultural context or motivated to engage with it in depth
• Organized, independent, communicative, and reliable
